Jira dashboard is restricted for certain users

Hello, 

Thanks for reading my question. 

The filter for the dashboard consists of all the standard tasks for 3 projects. 

and I have shared the dashboard with all the logged in users. But the group members see bellow errors:

1. The filter used isn't valid or it's restricted

2. The filter configured for this gadget could not be retrieved. Please verify it is still valid on the issue navigator

It seems that filters are not valid. 

Try to open these filter and check.

The filter I fine. When shared the dashboard with the all logged in users I didn't work for others. But when I shared the filter with the all logged in users, it worked. Do you have an idea why is that?
