Jira does not allow me to create team

Hello Jira Community,

For the past two days, I have been attempting to create a team in my Jira account, but each time, it throws the following error:

"Sorry, something went wrong. We couldn't save your team. Please try again."

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

This seems like an issue on your Cloud instance, my advise is to raise this issue with Atlassian.

They can investigate, based on their logging, what might be the issue on your instance
