Since a few weeks, neither me nor my team members get mail notification about ticket status changes from Jira anymore. We did not change anything in the settings. Also its not a spam issue or similar. what can I do?

Hi @Jonathan Hildebrand Please check outgoing email is enabled or not.

Verify notification scheme, check is notifications are configured for that action and which all groups and project roles will get those notifications

Project permission

If its Service Desk Customer project please customers notifications.

Hello @Jonathan Hildebrand ,

Sometimes in the cloud when not receiving the emails despite all of the verified checks, Atlassian may for some reason black listed the email addresses.

If nothing works that Fabio has mentioned, raise a support ticket for Atlassian about this issue.

BR,

Nikola

Hi @Jonathan Hildebrand  and welcome,

there are many checks that you could perform. First of all please check that the email notifications are enabled (System->Outgoing Email). If so, please check what event is raised at workflow level when a specific transition is performed and check if that event has been configured to notify users in the related notification scheme.

Hope this helps,

Fabio
