Jira does not sent a notification on newly created issue

Hello,

Jira does not send notification on newly created issue.

I've created an issue, the status is To Do. Checked that webhook is set for transition create Send transition to webhook: Slack WebHook

nevertheless, once issue is created I have to click on To Do, and only then the notification has been send.

I'm using Jira Cloud

The webhook post function should be placed before the very first status (at the "Create" transition), how does your workflow look like?

yes webhook is on the first position for Create and To Do.
