Hi,
I would like to create three custom fields in my jira projects , however I need to design the second and third fields based on the first fields input.
For example First Fields1 expects Yes/No Radio button and if the answer is Yes , I would like to show rest of the 2 mandatory fields to the user . If the field 1 input is no, no need to fill the field 2 and 3.
Is that possible in Jira.
You can use Jira's built-in Cascading field
Or for more customization/flexibility you can use an add-on such as Multi-Level Cascading Select or Dynamic Fields:

ProForma also allows you to build dynamic forms with conditional logic in Jira. You can also build a form without needing to use custom fields; in server and DC keeping the custom field count down can definitely improve performance.
Below is a quick example of using custom conditional logic in a form. Also full disclosure I am the PM for ProForma, and conditional logic is one of the key reasons we developed the app.

@Simon H Hi, Can we using Proforma make 2 conditions for one section? For ex. if field 1 is A OR field 2 is B then display needed section?

@Taisiia Sosnovska unfortunately you can't build OR condition yet. It is definitely on the roadmap though, but I can't give an ETA.
