Jira -> Crucible Integration and Linked Issue

I have Jira and Crucible setup to work with each other. Since upgrading to the latest version of Jira and FishEye / Crucible when I click the "Create crucible review" in Jira, Crucible no longer automatically links the review to the issue in the Linked Issue field. We now have to do this manually. What gives?

Are you getting a screen asking to select the Crucible project while creating the review from JIRA? If yes, this is a bug in 2.9 which is corrected in 2.10 of the plugin.
