Jira hangs when trying to view issues that were created since the last week.

As stated, one of our jira instances is having a weird problem where when you try to view issues that were created within the last week the page just hangs. You can view issues created prior to last week.

This is the exception im seeing in the log when I try to view the issues:

Dear Rob,

could you please check the troubleshooting tools and integrity checker available within Jira? Are there any other hints that something is wrong with your instance? Do you see anything related to resource congestion, e.g memory, disk space?

Please also consider to open a support case at Atlassian. This looks like a weird issue and you should make sure that there is not a critical problem luring in the background.

I opened a support case.

As far as the troubleshooting tools nothing fails. Everything checks greens.

I recently increased the java heap size about 3 weeks ago, so I'm not sure what could cause this.

Waiting to see what atlassian says, just posted on here as well in case anyone else experienced this issue.

Spoke with atlassian support and provided them a HAR. 

It was discovered that the page fails while trying to fetch information from a script runner endpoint

And they told me to reach out to their support, but since we are not paying script runner support suggested this community site. 

I'm hoping someone could help me try to find the particular script that is being referenced above on the actual server. 

I already checked jira-home/scripts directory but its empty
