Jira instance sharing into two groups.

Hi Team,

My jira instance having 500 licences, but we are using only 18 licences as of now, now my question is, How could i distribute remaining licences to other teams in my organization.

My requirement is to isolate these groups completely, how can i implement this?

Hi @chowdary anjaneya 

Any active user will count towards the license. Just create their account and give them access to the application like Jira Software or Jira Service Desk.

If you want to restrict access to projects based on the groups then you need to rely on project permission schemes.
