Jira integration with Toggl

Hi, I am having issues with integrating Jira and Toggl. In our workspace, we have two types of Jira projects: company-managed and team-managed. 

Is there a way to configure those two types of projects with Toggl, so that the tasks created in Jira would automatically be created in Toggl as well? 

So far, we only managed to integrate it with the team-managed projects, but the company-managed ones are a bit more challenging. Jira would create issues automatically from the team-managed projects and list them together via a common epic. However, in case of company-managed projects, we have epics, stories and tasks that we would like to clock our time for. Is it possible to do so?
