Jira internal server error

1. [post] /rest/api/2/issue

2. [post] /rest/api/2/issue/{issueIdOrKey}/attachments

After calling API number 1, then call number 2 is performed. When calling number 2, n files are uploaded.

500 server error occurs

Can I get some help on what the problem may be?
