Jira is locked for import but no import could be found

Hello,

I have made s successfully import (this is what interface says) but when all was finished I have this message.

No meter where I try to navigate in jira project it just display this page for the last 2 hours.

What is happening here?

Hi @Adrian Aioanei I see that there is a bug in Jira cloud about the import process https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-65234 . but since you mentioned that your import was successful, I think there might be another issue which is causing this.

As shown in the error message, I would recommend you to reach out to the Atlassian support team directly to get this fixed.
