How do I get the Jira cloud site unlocked so I can retry to perform the import
This is the error message but it's something I can't get past as the entire site is down and because I'm migrating from a smaller 10 user to a larger premium Cloud one I can't seem to get a support request raised.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this fixed?

Import again with a different backup file or get in touch with our support team. Include the steps you followed, along with any unique characteristics of your Jira setup.
Hello, Kindly create a support request. Team should be able to un-lock your instance and then we could find when import was attempted from logs.
Thanks, I created a new case, and it has been resolved very quickly. I thought there might have been an easier option than a support request.
