Jira is not sending e-mails.

It gaves this message: Errors      The error was: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 534-5.7.14 <https://accounts.google.com/signin/continue?sarp=1&scc=1&plt=AKgnsbsY 534-5.7.14 YOzZffEgl7Hf-9W6Vhgy55F-VtIxAhBEeAjeZk8XG when I try to send mail.

When I try to Test the connection from Outgoing Mail - I got this message:

Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify:

Hi,

type gg and type smtp server

there you will have smpt server configuration check if there everything is ok and send test email

Do you think that there is a connection between  this problem and the fact that the licenses are expired?

JIRA license? If so you will not be able to send email and create new issues
