Need help here.

I make new setup running on Ubuntu Server 18.04 LTS.

Install Bitbucket and everything is OK.

After install Jira Software (sudo) and open myip:8080 I create a trial version and I followed the next steps.

Where all done, I see for few seconds a loading page and after that a a blank page.

I uninstall Jira and install again, for this time after load Jira Pluggins I get same problema, blank page.

In your installation folder there is a logs folder.  In there is catalina.out.  Can you post it?

Thanks

Kevin

I found this

There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.

I chech my server, and I have only 500MB of free memory.

Nice find.  Yeah, web apps, they like memory.  The more you can feed them, the happier they tend to be.  Good luck :)
