Jira is not synchronizing automatically with GitHub.
Last Sync Update is not updating and as of now it shows 6 days and no new commits are showing up in Jira.
When I manually click Retry [Full] Submit on the GitHub configuration page - it will synchronize and I can see all latest commits, branches, etc.
But isn't it supposed to do that automatically every NN minutes? Am I missing a hidden setting or something?
@Roman Zhukov did you finally solve it?
@Hernán It never worked, so I solved it by purchasing another plugin for $10: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4984/git-integration-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

I'm experiencing this right now as well, ever since out organization moved from github on-prem to the cloud (our Jira instance is still on-prem). Currently trying to figure out what's up with this so I'll be watching this thread. My working theory that I haven't validated yet is that there is some kind of fluid IP situation happening on the github side that is causing an automatic syncing problem in Jira because of our company firewall, that somehow is eluded when manually syncing. I have no proof of this yet, though.
