Hi @Gauri Velankar Can you please check the JVM of Jira if it's have enough memory to run the Jira

https://jira-base-url/secure/admin/ViewSystemInfo.jspa

Also, check the CPU usage and load on the server using TOP or HTOP command.

Any errors or exceptions in atlassian-jira.log file?

Should be a good start to investigate the slowness issue.

system memory is 6 GB and JVM I have given 4 GB.

CPU Usage is around 83%

Can you confirm if the above config is correct based on the Jira sizing guide.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-server-sizing-guide-975033809.html

Also, if server has total 6 GB of RAM you should minimize the Jira JVM to 3 GB as server require enough memory to complete other task as well.

Sure, Also it's recommended to keep the JVM min and max value same i.e 3 GB for both.
