What do you mean by "it breaks on mobile"? Did the mobile JIRA app crashed?
Additionally, may I know the version that you are on? Thanks.

It seems like it is parsing the comment id as the ticket id.
I don’t know my version, where would I find that?

Thank you for the clarification from your end. I was able to reproduce it on my end after copying the permalink of the comment on my issue and have it opened on my mobile web browser.
With that being case, I went ahead and created the following bug to address the issue to the dev / engineering team:
