For some of our users the @ mentioning someone isn't working. The issue doesn't seem to be specific to a group, but just 2 users. One of the users was working, but just recently stopped working. I can't seem to find a setting that would enable the feature. Any ideas on what happened to these 2 users (we have 11 total).
When they type the @ symbol there's list of user names for them to select. Note: Feature works in other apps like Slack, just not in JIRA.
