Jira not working on my systerm

I recently installed Jira on my software.  However, anytime i tried opening the software is not responding.  Please what do i do.  this is very urgent.

Thanks for your prompt reply. When I initially installed the software I was able to use it. But after the initial time. It no longer opens. Pls what could be the problem. Thanks
