Jira onDemand : transfert data from one to the other

Hi,

I created a Jira onDemand instance to try and evaluate the tool. As it's a great tool, our organisation decide to get a licence on an other instance (for url/name reason).

I would like to export/import all settings I have made on the first one, but the onDemand system tell me I have to way 2 day.

It's possible to make it quicker ? Can you temporary unlock this backup 48h security ?

That's a rule imposed by OnDemand settings.

You'll need to raise this as an OnDemand support call.
