Jira plugins error

Hi guys:

The newly installed plugin can't run, error is that '404 not found'.

I think you have to provide some more information about your problem :-)

Which plugin you have installed on which JIRA version for example... Can you provide yout JIRA log, too?

Agreed, can't tell you anything more than "read your log file" with that amount of information about the problem.

thanks.I uploaded my log file,althoughI can't find anything about this problem in my log file. ()

Jira version is 6.12,a trial version.

'Firefox can't find the file at http://139.24.135.84:8080/plugins/servlet/eazybi.'

There's no log file here. That error is the error on the client side, which does at least tell us which plugin you are trying. You need to read the log file to find out why the plugin is not loading.
