Jira priority icon does not appear after upgrade to 7.8.1

HI all,

After the upgrade to 7.8.1 the custom priority icons no longer work.  I have a single custom priority for medium priority and the icon does not show up.  The gif is still there and the name shows up but the icon just shows the web not found image.  The path and permissions are correct /images/icons/priority_medium.gif and it worked great in 7.2.6.   Is there a known issue on the priority icon in 7.8?

Does anyone know how to debug this or get the icon to appear in the list that comes up when you select <select image>?

 web URL does still work and that will be a workaround for now.
