Jira's fisheye links are going to http instead of https. How do I change this?

Just relocated both Jira & Fisheye servers.  Everything seems fine at this point however the linking from Jira is going to http & fisheye is unable to resolve that url.  

If I manually change the link to https it works fine.  Any idea how I can change the fisheye link in Jira to use https instead of http?

Ok, I figured it out.  It was a matter of editing the site URL within, fisheye -> admin -> Global settings -> Site URL.

I was incorrectly under the impression that this was a Jira configuration setting & not fisheye.
