Hi I need to know if i can migrate my Jira Server to azure and the pros and cons of doing it, can somebody help me?

Is it for any specific org or for your personal work?

I understood that the migration is not done yet. If yes, I would request you to go through this guide - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/getting-started-with-jira-data-center-on-azure-938846970.html

If you refer this guide , it's always advised as below -

"We strongly recommend you set up user management, central logging storage, a backup strategy, and monitoring, just as you would for a Jira Data Center installation running on your own hardware."

Yes, you can migrate your Jira Server to Azure.  Azure, (like all the other cloud providers) offers an easy way to set up resilient clustered environments for high-availability.
