Jira server to cloud migration

Hi, We have business projects in Jira that has scrum and kanban board which is not possible to migrate. Is there any solution to remove this error? One of the solution is to convert the project to software and then migrate it. Please let me know if there are other ways to solve this problem for the best practice.

Business projects are related to Jira Software, it's different from Jira Service Management product. Did you create both Jira Software and Jira Service Management product on your cloud instance?

We have the same error for almost every project.

ERROR AA project-export SCRUM board [ATOSS Architecture] cannot be linked to business project [AA] on Cloud. [JCMA 147] Use the troubleshooting page to fix this error. Open the troubleshooting page using the URL below and use the error code (starts with “JCMA”) from the error to locate the fix in the troubleshooting page.
