Jira service not starting correctly after basic config

Dear Support,

Greetings!

We installed Jira on an AWS Instance Instance type - t2.micro, 1GB Memory, 30gb storage but after basic settings Browser and server gets hanged on window showing  Atlassian Jira is starting up Loading Jira add-ons...

  If the server does not have enough resources then it has difficulty loading or completing the loading of add-ons.  Server requirements can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/server-hardware-requirements-guide-30736403.html  It could also be some sort of conflict between add-ons.  I don't think this is your issue since it is a brand new installation.  

It would be best to check the log files and see what is happening.  You can find them here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/where-are-the-application-server-logs-695240952.html
