Hello,
What is the best way to configure jira for a multi-country rollout project.
To give you an overview of the context, 90% of the team is the same for all the countries involved. The only difference lies in the group of developers, with two dedicated developers for each country. Additionally, we have chosen to have a mutual Product Owner.
My idea is to create 1 project and multiple scrum boards. Each country will have its own board, own reports (reports/velocity as the devs team is not the same). The roadmap will include all boards.
Let me know what do you think about this suggestion?
Therefore, I am wondering about the best practices to configure Jira in order to facilitate collaboration, optimize task tracking, and ensure transparency among the different countries. We are aware that some of you may have encountered similar projects, and we are open to any suggestions, tips, or experiences you may share.
Thank you
One project, project has multiple boards, project allows multiple sprints - nothing to prevent you from trying this.
If everyone has access to the project and boards - they will be able to link, comment and collaborate on a shared backlog of project issues - and since it's a shared project their workflow and screen flows will be the same.
