×Hi, I have been opening and working on Jira softer ticket for several months now.
Beginning last month, I am no longer able to access the ticket I've opened and unable to see any updates on comments on the ticket.
I cannot even see my ticket from the list of ticket I've opened. It basically states that I am unable to access the ticket.
Could anybody help me with this issue?

Please can you clarify, is this a Jira cloud or data center instance?
Is only one project impacted?
Are other users in your instance having this issue?
Have you tried opening a ticket to Atlassian about this?
