Jira task view in epic

Hello,

Why the view of Jira task an subtask is different, I can't add to Jira task an hour progress bar (estimated, tracked, left) which is easily added with admin rights to sub task. 

Also how to add Complete % to task that it would be available to track % of a task complete and could be linked to Advanced Roadmap?

Tasks are standard issue types (i.e. same level as Story)

Sub-task issue types (including Sub-tasks) are their own unique special level - hence different appearance in the UI.
