Is there a way to automatically create a JIRA ticket from the issue name by searching all the previous tickets, and add the new media files in it too, by just uploading the new media files in a folder which has same name as the issue.
Alternatively, you can manually clone an existing Jira issue or use the Issue Template app if you are considering creating the problem with a template.
