Jira tickets not moving to different status after validators are added

I have applied Validators as the image below. but users are not able to move the jira tickets now. even when comments are there. have I missed something.

Are you displaying comment screen on transition? It looks like you are adding comment and then transition issue. This scenario will not work.

Yes the goal is to add comment and then transition issue to next status. Is there a way to make this work?

Hi @Hira Ahmed Shaikh ,

I see your problem here.

• The problem here that makes you cannot transition issue is that you could not be in the group Jira-admin
• Users that cannot transition the ticket to another status that is because the validator is required comment field to be modified (This maybe the main problem). If you intended to keep the validator as Field has been modified Validator, you must associate a screen to your transition in order to make it work
• The best practice to make users comment then transition, I recommend using  Field Required Validator

This is an image about the second solution if you want to keep using the same validator you're using right now.
