Hello,
We use Zendesk Support for Jira.
When we change the "status, priority" fields in the Jira ticket, they do not change on the Zendesk side.
We have seen the Exalate add-on but it is very expensive.
We created a webhook in Zendesk Support for Jira, but it still didn't work.
How to automatically update the status and priority to Zendesk side when we make changes in Jira task?
rest-api solution?
Please help.
@Barış Özer hi! I see you've checked a possible 3rd party solution. May I propose an alternative - ZigiOps. It will connect and sync your Jira & Zendesk instances and will keep them up-to-date in real time (which is what you want - whenever there is a change in one of them it should be visible in the other). Do not hesitate to book a demo to see ZigiOps in action.
Regards, Diana (ZigiWave team)
Hi @Barış Özer ,
I am Dhiren Notani, one of the Pre-Sales Engineer working at Exalate.
I believe one of my colleague is already in touch with you regarding this and if possible, can we please hop on a quick call to discuss this if possible, as we might be able to help you better in that case.
Thanks, Dhiren

In your field mapping you are not mapping the Jira Priority or Status to Zendesk - you need to add that same way you have done for 'Assignee' and 'Priority Test'
