Hello.
Last night I upgraded Jira Server from 8.7 to 8.19 on ubuntu 18. I moved the database from H2 to Postgres.
I moved the attachments, in the morning everything worked.
But when adding an attachment to a task it doesn't upload it to the server and I can't display it. The message pops up:
Ouch! We can't load the image.
/secure/attachment/17513/test2DD.JPG
no matter if it is a jpg, png, zip.
In the JIRA settings, I have the attachments in
/var/atlassian/application-data/jira/data/attachments
After indexation even the old attachments no longer load. Same message as above.
path: /secure/attachment/
I manually added the folder /secure/attachment/ to /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/
I manually uploaded the attachment to the folder and nothing. Error 404.
I even set the access rights to 777 and nothing.
Why if in configuration I have set path to /data/attachments it still wants to display files from /secure/attachment/
How to fix it.
Thanks for the hint.
Adam
