I am having the weirdest issue. We provisioned a new user, matching up with other users in their group.
The new user contacted me that they couldn't move a sub-task from one column to another. When I had them do a screen share, they showed me that NO tickets are showing in that column.
Everything else appears to check out - I changed the filter share to "any logged in user" from the project, they can view the issue if they go directly to it, when i do the permission helper it says everything is there (at the issue level).
So it must be something with the board settings?
Please please please, any ideas?
Hi Stacy,
Good Day
Please ask user to go to the issue directly and try to transition it to desired status .
If it works, then there should be problem with Board settings. Please go to Board settings > Columns and check if the required statuses are mapped under the Column correctly.
If it doesn't work, then please check if there are any validators/conditions used in the workflow.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Saurabh
Thank you for responding, but the issue is with a single user. Everyone else can see the tickets in that column (even a user on another team that just has browse).
I'm wondering if I should delete the user and start over.

Did you check the board settings? Are the statuses mapped to the columns correctly?

Thank you for responding - I copied the board to a new board and changed the base swimlanes from "Stories" to "None" and now the user can see the tickets in the column.
Any ideas why the Base swimlanes on Story could be causing this issue for only that user?
