We have application running on our servers that integrates with Jira and few of our clients sends POST webhook url at the same time every 45 minutes. This creates high CPU load peaks on the database. As a temporary solution we limited requests rate with queue per ip, but its not a solution cause our clients Jira's now getting 429 error (too many requests) from our server so not all webhooks executed correctly. Cant find any settings in cloud version of Jira related to scheduled jobs. also no luck with google. Please advice.
Problem was in our client's Jira setup of Automation tools, not Jira problem. Sorry, my mistake.
