Currently we are using the company managed boards and want to setup our boards to make it so that a bug can only be moved into Done when our bug resolution field is set.
This was easy on the team managed boards but I'm having trouble figuring it out on the company managed boards.
Currently we have our workflows setup with the simplified workflow and as I understand it we need to switch to the Jira workflow instead but I'm having trouble finding instructions on how to make that happen and what to do with the Jira workflow to set the field requirement on the bug.

Hi @[deleted] - You'll need to be a Jira Admin to do this...
From here, you want to verify that the Bug issue type has its own assigned workflow. If the answer is yes, you can simply click into that workflow and edit it accordingly.
If the Bug issue type is sharing the same workflow as other issue types, you'll probably want to create a new Bug workflow and associate it accordingly to the workflow scheme.
