Jira workflow status

I added a "blocked" status to our project workflow but 3 members of the team cannot see the new column. I have checked users, permissions and roles and these 3 developers  seem to have the same as the rest of the team. I ran out of ideas, hopefully someone there can give me a suggestion/solution.

Thank you for your reply. Actually the problem was that these users were using a different board. But thanks anyway.
