Jiradb_log.ldf is consumed 133.9gb of space

1. Can anyone help me with the below mentioned issue.
   I have seen my system space disk is covered up with 200GB ..
   When I checked it .. it showed "jiradb_log.ldf " is using 133.9Gb space... How to come out of this problem ... ND at d same time can I remove the data of this file. Or delete it ???
