Kanban Board not releasing issues

So I made a release on my JIRA product backlog (Kanban) board for my project and it had 182 issues originally and then has 179...so it only releases 3 issues? How do I get the rest removed from my board and placed in the correct release?

I believe we'd need more information about those other 179 issues. It should release only issues in the Done column of your board once all the versions are released.
