Kanban boards - one column with several statuses

In my kanban board, I would like to show issues with two different statuses (Open and On Hold) in one column. But I would like to show the status in some way. Is that possible?

Can I color code it? Or show the status by text? Or group in swimlanes?

Grouping by swimlanes would be fairly simple. Create a simple filter and name it according to the status (open/on hold)
