Keyboard shortcut not working

Hello community!

I'm trying to use keyboard shortcuts in Jira cloud and nothing is working.

The only ones that appear to work are the j / k next/previous issues...

create, assign, edit: none work.

We faced this problem recently.

In our case it was permissions related issue.
Shortcuts "e edit, a assign" would works if you have required permissions - to assign/edit issue.
So we checked permissions scheme and assign user to project role that has required permissions.

Also make sure Keyboard shortcuts are enabled in your Profile.

can you help me wherein you are facing this issue. is it in your project issue navigator or global issue navigator. are you in classic project or next-gen project ?

Classic project. it just shows Issue navigator...

My URL is something like ".atlassian.net/issues/"

looks like you are inside global issue navigator. 

you should go inside your project and click on Issue and Filter on left sidebar to open project issue navigator and see if keyboard shortcuts work.
