In our company, we're working with customers who also have their own Jira Atlassian License. So for example, our Jira Space is called company.atlassian.net and our customer is working in the Jira Space with the URL customer.atlassian.net.
My question: do we have to pay for our customers who have access to our Jira Boards via the URL company.atlassian.net, even if they log in with the same login as they're using for customer.atlassian.net?
Tricky to explain my problem... Hope you understand :)
Thanks for your help!
Best,
Daira
Hi @Daira Brack ,
yes in the case you're describing, you will need to pay for Jira licences on both company.atlassian.net andcustomer.atlassian.net.
This is because the license is tied to the user account AND the Jira instance.
Let me know if this helps,
