Hello good afternoon, I am installing jira in another new server, therefore I change the server number and the current license no longer works, how do I update it with the new server number?
the server ID is only used to generate the licence key the first time, you should be able to use the key on any server after it's created.
There might be another issue preventing the key being used: are you sure you're using the key for the right component ? It will not work if you try to use a Jira Core key on a Jira Software licence.
Can you check on my.atlassian.com what product is you key for ?
