I am not able to change my licens key from try to the license key I bought an 12.03.18.

I always get the message:

The license could not be installed.

This license is not for the selected product. Please make sure that the license is for the selected product and contact Support if the issue continues.

What's wrong?

Hi @EJ,

Jira has 3 flavours: software, core and service desk. First I'd check if I selected the right product.
