License reminder

We are running out of Jira Core / Jira Server licenses.

Please provide some alerting script or some notification to give us heads up before licenses are fully consumed.

Hi @Lakshmanan Thandalam ,

I haven't faced any such situation in managing the JIRA user license as you can always monitor the license Usage from Applications>Application Access, used vs available. It would be a good idea to have the same added as a part of process of on-boarding and release of JIRA users within your org for better tracking. Based on the same you can always project for the future usage and get the licenses accordingly.
