We're trying to license an expired trial, but the licensing page from my.atlassian.com says its an invalid server ID. Yes I am copying and pasting, ensuring there aren't any extra characters or whitespace.
You can use the steps outlined in the knowledge base article Changing Server ID for Test Installations to change the Server ID of your server to the one you need it to be.
Once that's done, be sure to restart your environment and attempt to update the license one more time.
