Limiting Administration access User Managment

Is there any way to limit the JIRA Administration access to just User Management. We have a need to have certain staff have the ability to add people to jira groups but we do not want them to have full access to all administration functions.

Hey Lyn, currently JIRA doesn't have this feature yet. I notice there are some feature request being keep track in our developer system, please see:
