Hello, does anyone have the direct link for the BAA form? I follow the links on the website and they just continuously loop back but do not provide the form to fill out even though I am signed in and I have a standard account not a free one. Atlassian support has not responded to my ticket I submitted 2 weeks ago so I appreciate any help on this! Thanks!
Hello @Kelcie Lewis
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you following the instructions from this document?
At what point in those instructions is your experience deviating?
When I followed the instructions, after step 2 I got a screen with information on it where I had to click a button labeled "I understand".
After that I was taken back to my Organization to the Settings > Compliance screen which then had changed to this:
That is the screen mentioned in Step 3.
When I clicked the "Sign a BAA" button I got the form mentioned in step 4.
I didn't go any farther than that.
Hello @Kelcie Lewis
Don't click directly on the Learn More links. Instead click elsewhere in the box that says "Region: US". The box is a giant button.

Hi Trudy,
This is my view when I select Settings-Compliance
I am logged in and I made sure I have a standard account.
If I go to "Learn more..." it doesnt allow me to sign the BAA on that page either
Thank you for your help,
Kelcie
