Hi folks,
We use Aha for our product roadmap/planning, and Jira for tracking work within teams. We've recently started using the new Jira Plan functionality, and would like to be able to map Initiatives in Aha to Initiatives in Jira - and make sure that the Features (aha) and Epics (Jira) are also kept up to date.
Unfortunately we've not had any luck with this so far - has anybody else tried this and gotten it to work? I think it's something around the new parent/child relationship that exists between Initiative<->Epic levels which is tripping us up...
Thanks!
Don
We've run into this as well with our integration!
We're in the same boat sending Epics + Features (Stories for us) from AHA to JIRA, but now utilizing the Initiatives in AHA we want to send these to JIRA to utilize building roadmaps.
Anytime we try to map the Initiative in the integration and make this work - the Initiative will send to JIRA, but not have the respective Epics and Stories. If someone chimes in and there is a way to accomplish this we are interested as well!
Spent days trying to do this, as I need to imort individual initiatives, the only way appears to be to create a JQL filter and import only the Epics in that iniative, but be aware, copy and save the JQL string somewhere as it dissapears from Aha after a single usage and to re import you have to re write the string every time
