Hello, I work at a firm which frequently partners with other firms to compete for government contracts. We keep track of our government contracts through our Jira pipeline by creating tasks for each contract with statuses of "new" "in-progress" "waiting" "responding" etc... Currently, we keep track of the firms we are partnered with by adding the firms name as a label and cross-referencing an excel file which has each firms capabilities, POC, address, etc..
We want to centralize all this information into Jira. Ideally we would store each of our partners information in Atlassian rather than excel, and clicking on a label or similar feature on the Jira Pipeline would display information about this partner.
Is this possible? I've also seen confluence databases are an upcoming feature, would this help?
Thanks
It occurs to me that you can do it with ''Assets''
But for that you need a JSM Premium or Enterprise license
